Briefed to cover everything from everyday troubleshooting to new feature launches, we created the identity and worked with Spotify’s product managers and support team to produce ongoing content to be shared across social channels and as a video podcast on Spotify itself.

Expressive illustrations highlight ideal use cases for features, and technical illustrations bring the step-by-step tutorials to life. Everything’s backed up by ongoing analysis from our marketing team. They identify trends and provide insights that allow us to refine what we create to give users what they really need.
